Dave has been providing consulting services since selling his first company in 2002.
Investment Due Diligence – as an Entrepreneur in Residence for Mitsui & Company, Dave developed his diligence skills as an investor in A & B Round companies as well as working on Merger and Acquisition engagements for later stage Private Equity type investments.
International Business Development – Asia. Dave has done business in Japan for since 1998 and started a business in China in 2005. He has traveled extensively through out the region building a network for business development and finance.
Scaling for Growth – Dave’s career has it nexus in sales and marketing. As a Board Member for OneAccord Partners, Dave built a consulting practice with emphasis on top-line revenue growth. He left the firm he co-founded in 2012 after eight years.
Channel Development – License Online, Inc was the first startup that Dave founded in 1997. The Company was able to build a channel of 32,000 reseller partners and became Microsoft’s first new distributor for full-line product in 15 years. That company was sold to Synnex in 2002.
